Nuanu Communities is playing a key role in developing one of the most ambitious projects of this decade. Nuanu is building a city of the future on 45 hectares of land in one of the most scenic locations of Bali and will soon become a playground for innovative technologies, research and social practices.

Being an integral part of a bigger vision of Nuanu, our project’s goal is to re-think the concept of ‘home’ for dreamers and doers that are living in our city. On one hand, we’re building residential units that will host 1000 people in the next 4 years. On another, we’re developing innovative programs for both individuals and remote teams that will help elevate them to a higher level of professional and business development.

We are a team that’s gathered around the timeless values of Burning Man and is working on a project that has its roots in the concept of ‘Spiral Dynamics’ and ‘Integral Psychology’. We’re uniting likeminded professionals that are ready to rethink every aspect of urban life.

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our crew and help us plan and maintain all the financial flows of our business.

What you will do:

• Become a part of a small team of inspired people (right now we’re 4 and will not grow much until the later stages of that want to build something both amazing and financially sustainable.
• Create complex financial models, analytics and predictions. They should be bulletproof and pitch-ready as we’ll soon be fundraising money to further develop our project.
• Set up all the backend for financial supervision and accounting for both the construction stage of the project and the soon coming booking, hospitality and program departments of Nuanu Communities.
• Help us in opening and registering a legal entity in Indonesia. You don’t need to know Indonesian laws but you will have to manage the process.
• Create financial reports for the team and our pool of investors and stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate:

• You have experience working as a financial manager or a CFO in the office or remotely. Knowing how unit economics work and how to determine product metrics would be a great advantage.
